【摘要】 临床报道植物药筋骨草有降压作用。我们用该草药的半合成有效单体——木犀草素作了急性降压的动物试验,结果证明木犀草素对猫、狗均具明显而缓慢的急性降压作用。颈动脉窦加压反射、颈总动脉给药及第四脑室给药均显示出血压下降,这说明其降压与中枢有关。使用心得安可减弱木犀草素的降压效应,说明木犀草素的降压作用与激动β受体有关。实验还显示出木犀草素具有桔抗垂体后叶素的升压效应,说明该药有直接扩张血管作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments of acutely reducing blood pressure both in cats and dogs were made in our laboratory by using its semi-synthetic active component-Luteolin. All results showed that Luteolin had an effect of reducing blood pressure markedly and slowly.The pressor receptor of carotid sinus, injection of Luteolin either into the common carotid artery or into the fourth ventricle all resulted reducing blood pressure.This suggests that the action of reducing blood pressure is related to the centre. By using inderal, the effect of Luteolin in reducing blood pressure is weakened, showing that the effect of Luteolin is related to exciting the β-receptor. Experiments also show that Luteolin antagonzes the effect of increasing blood pressure by pitui-trin. This illustrates that Luteolin can dilate vessels directly.更多还原
