【摘要】 154例腰间盘突出症术前根据感觉、腱反射改变和X线椎间隙狭窄作定位诊断与术中所见比较,总定位诊断符合率为87％。感觉和腱反射改变L₅—S₁间隙比L_4—5间隙定位诊断符合率高（P<0.01）。而椎间隙狭窄两者无明显差异。认为腰椎间盘突出症选择手术探查间隙,根据临床上感觉和腱反射改变,以及X线椎间隙狭窄定位正确性较高,临床上有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A retrospective study was made on the clinical diagoses of rupture of lumbar intervertebral disc made on the basis of the changes in sensationand tendon reflex and the narrowing of intervertebral space in 154 cases d-uring 1978-1985. In this series 134 diagnoses accorded with the fingings in operation, the accord rate being 87%.The changes of sensation and reflex were more significant in locating the lesion in L5-S1 space than in L4-L5 (P<0.01) , while the narrowing of intervertebral space visualized in X-film showed no such difference. It is well justified to choose the level for exploration simply in accordance with the location perceived clinically.更多还原
