短膜虫免疫荧光法和放射免疫法测定SLE抗bsDNA抗体之比较
A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE CL-IIF AND RIA METHODS FOR DETERMINING THE ANTI-dsDNA ANTIBODIES IN SLE PATIENTS
【摘要】 用短膜虫免疫荧光法和放射免疫法测定了93份血清(SLE45份,其它疾病18份及健康对照30份)抗双链DNA抗体。其结果表明:抗双链DNA抗体是SLE的特异性抗体,而特异性程度因方法而异,通过比较,短膜虫免疫荧光法优于放射免疫法。所有活动期SLE患者血清测定抗核抗体滴度、DNA结合率和短膜虫免疫荧光,其结果均可反映病情的活动程度。
【Abstract】 Sera from 93 persons, including 45 SLE patients, 18 patients with miscelianeous collagenous diseases and 30 healthy blood donors, were examined by 2 methods-Crithia lucilia indirect immuofluorescet test (CL-IIF) and radioimmuno-assay (RIA)-for anti-dsDN A antibodies. It was confirmed that anti-dsDN A antibodies are highly specific for SLE. However, the degree of specificity varied with the different methods used. As compared with RIA,the CL-IIF test is better in specificity and hence in sensitivity. Sera from active SLE patients were also studied for the titer of antinuclear antibodies(ANA) and bound rate of DNA (both RI A and CL-IIF methods) ; the results showed these indicators correlated closely with the activity of SLE.
