【摘要】 本文报道5例误服氟乙酰胺农药引起的急性中毒。病变以神经系统改变为主,表现为肌肉震颤、肢体抽搐、意识模糊及昏迷。治疗采取综合措施,去除病因,特效解毒,控制抽搐,并发症对症处理,经5～12天逐渐恢复,痊愈出院,近期疗效满意,未见明显后遗症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases of acute poisoning of fluorcacetamide, a kind of pesticide due to ingestion were reported. The main manifestation appeared to be the disturbance in nervous system, which showing musular trembling. Carpopedal spasm, loss of consciousness and coma. The treatment would prefer a comprehensive one, including removed of causation, application of antidotes, control of spasm, symptomatic treatment of complication etc. Patients would become consciousness after five to twelve days in coma and experience gradual restoration and cure. It appeared to have rather satisfied curative effect at present, and no any obvious prognostic syndrome was seen.更多还原
