【Abstract】 Iodized oil was injected into the dog’s alveoli to make the model of alveolar foreign body. 64.6% of those iodized oil in the alveoli of the treated dogs was washed out by lung lavage for 5 times and the lung field was revealed to be clearified as examined by X-ray chest film. The lavage fluid could be separated into three layers by centrifugalization, the lowest one was found to be iodized oil. However, X-ray chest films still showed on obvious retention of iodized oil in the alveoli of these non-treated dogs without lung lavage. This results demonstrated that lung lavage was quite effective in promoting the excretion of alveolar foreign body. The relationship between the curative effect and the times of lavage was analysed. The applicability of lung layage for pneumoconiosis treatment was finally discussed.更多还原
