煤工尘肺的肺功能研究——肺量图肺功和最大呼气流量—容积曲线的测定

【摘要】 本文报道了煤工尘肺可产生肺量图肺功和小气道功能不同程度的损害,损害类型以阻塞型较多见,其次为混合型。肺功能损害与病变的进展有一致性,基本上随煤工尘肺期别的增高而逐步降低。FEV1.0、FEV1.0%、FEV1.0/VCPR、FVC、VC、MMEF、V50/H和V25/H,可作为煤工尘肺肺功能测定的主要和常用的指标。

【Abstract】 The spirogram and maximal expiratory flow-volume curves (MEFV) of 101 male coal-silicotic patients including 36 cases of category Ⅰ, 35 cases of category Ⅱ and 30 cases of category Ⅲ were measured. The control data of 30 miners with dust exposure and 30 healthy workers without dust exposure were also collected. The mean age and working age had no significant differences in these groups (P>0.05).It was found that the mean values of FEV(?) VC, FVC, FEV%, MMEF, FEV1/VCPR in healthy workers and miners exposed to dusts were higher than those in patient’s groups. There were great significant differences between the healthy group and patient’s groups (p>0.01).The mean values of V50/H, V25/H were also significantly lowered as compared with those in healthy group. It means that the small airway function in coal-silicotic patients was apparently damaged.The lung function impairment in the most cases wes obstructive and mixed type.
