【摘要】 本文报道了一起误服氯化钡引起中毒的临床表现及抢救治疗的体会。经临床实践,认为硫酸钠注射液系抢救钡中毒最有效的解毒剂。作者采取静脉滴注自制的硫酸钠注射液后,拯救了2例四肢瘫痪呼吸肌麻痹的患者,并使其余中毒者症状迅速消退,取得了满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In April, 1983, due to taking barium chloride by mistake, eight acutely poisoned patients were admitted by the authors. The amount of barium chloride taken by each of them was about 1.5～4g. 3 were middle, and 5 were serious, of which 3 died. The major symptoms were numbness round the mouth, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, palpitation, sweat, weakness, diarrhea and a pain in the abdomen. Some of them even showed paralysis os limbs and respiratory muscles. Hypokaliemia also occured in some of the patients. In all of them, electrocardiogram was shown changes, such as multiple ventricular and auriculoventricular extrasystoles, T wave became lower and ST regment was slip or U-wave occured. The patients were treated with an extensive range of metalic antidote and given KCL orally and by intravenous adminstration. The treatment, however, was not active. 2% sodium sulfate solution was then prepared and the patients were infused with it at once. Two were saved and the other three were well again soon. We think it is the important thing to give sodium sulfate infusion in barium chloride poisoning.更多还原
