【Abstract】 Medical surveillance of workers engaged in manufacturing triphenyltin chloride revealed that cases suffering from acut and chronic poisonings and even contact dermatitis could be found. The tetraphenol-tin, one of the intermediates, was shown to be able to cause acute poisoning. The main symptoms and signs of triphenyltin poisoning was briefly discussed. It indicated that nervous system was predominant involvement usually accompanied with headache. In addition, profuse sweating, bradycardia and hypotension etc. were not uncommon. Certain incubation period was seen in case of acut poisoning. The electroencephalograms seemed from the acute and chronic cases were quite to be of some help in diagnosting procedure and evaluating therapeutic effect during acute and chronic poisoning.更多还原
