【Abstract】 75 cases of acute H₂S poisoning were analysed. The CNS and mucosa of eyes and respiratory truct were invovled. Three types of clinical manifestations can be observed according to exposure concentration. When the patients were exposed tol ow-lever of H₂S. They suffered from vertigo, headache, cough, and the eyes and respiratory truct irritated; while exposurec to high concentrations caused coma suddenly, at the same time may accompanied with vomiting excited, convulsion, dyspnea. In laboratory exmination neutrocytosis andhigh levels of S-GPT were observed.The extrem ely high concentrations of H₂S caused death as "electrocute". If treatment was in time some patients can be cured. The sequela and delayed symptom as well as principles of acute H₂S poisoning management were discussed.更多还原
