维生素C对镉所致胚胎毒性的抗拮作用研究

【摘要】 本文从维生素C和镉对母鼠的增重,对胎仔的存活、形态、生长指际及胸骨骨化的影响等方面进行观察,结果表明,维生素C对镉所致的胚胎毒性具有拮抗作用。

【Abstract】 Treatment of pregnant mice with cadmium sufatue 50 mg/kg p. o. during 9-11 th day of pregnancy induced a teratogenic rate to 51.96%, a fetal resorption rate to 21.92%, and a rate of retarded development of sternum to 60.71%. Pretreatment with vitamin C 500mg/kg could decrease the rates to 29.82%, 6.06% and 22.86%, respectively. Pretreatment with vitamin C 100mg/kg on the other hand could decrease the fetal resorption rate and the rate of retarded development of sternum to 10.64% and 30.88%, respectively. The results showed that vitamin C appeared to have pretective effects on embryotoxicities induced by cadmium.
