【Abstract】 this article describes applications and experiences of profound hemodilution during cardiopulmonary bypass in 6 cases with open heart surgery, these essential methods of perfusion were no containining blood of donor in the priming solutions, but it with autoblood, the hematocrite value was dropped 17.6％～7.3％ during cardio pulmonry bypass,it is suggested satisfactory effect of the methods.更多还原
