研究铈在金属中显微分布的涂敷法自射线照相术

【摘要】 本文较详细地介绍了研究微量稀土元素铈在铝、钢、铸铁中显微分布的涂敷法自射线照相技术,并简述了自射线照相与扫描电镜相结合的方法,出示了铈在工业纯铝,铝-镁合金、FeCrAl、16Mn、25MnTiB铸钢以及球墨铸铁中的显微分布。

【Abstract】 A coating-autoradiography technique and a autoradiography-scanning electron microscopy method for detecting the micro-distribution of rare earth elements in the aluminum, steel and cast iron have been developed Autoradiographs on microdistribution of cerium in the aluminum, Al-Mg alloy, steels such as 16Mn and 25MnTiB, heat resisting FeCrAl alloy and cast iron have been shown Microautoradiographs show that the cerium does distribute in the grains, but the cerium mainly segregates along the grain boundaries and dendrite boundaries of aluminum, Al-Mg alloys and heat resisting FeCrAl alloys It has been also observed that the cerium content in different grains is not the same and there is microinhomogeneity in Al, Al-Mg and FeCrAl alloys Cerium contained in the pearlite is more than that in the ferrite of 16Mn and 25MnTiB steels. Autoradiographs show that cerium is distributed in spheroidal graphite in different forms and degrees There is a little cerium in the ferrite and pearlite which surround the spheroidal graphite, while in the pearlite and ledeburite which are located far from the spheroidal graphite there is much cerium There is less cerium in the honeycomb ledeburite and in the pearlite transformed from the dendrites of primary austenite, but more cerium in the ledeburite of lathy cementite type Cerium is concentrated in the last solidified zone during the eutectic process Although the resolution of the coating-autoradiography is poorer than that of the EPMA image, the sensitivity of the coating-autoradiography is much better than that of the EPMA.
