苹果植物不同生物学年龄芽的过氧化物酶酶谱

【摘要】 金冠苹果(M.pumila)成年树的花芽、叶芽及两年生幼树芽具有基本相同的酶谱。贵州三叶海棠(M.sieboldii)成年树芽与二年生幼树芽的酶谱基本相同,与主干萌发枝芽不同。山荆子(M.baccata)、河南海棠(M.honanensis)成年树芽与二年生幼树芽的酶谱不同。分析认为,苹果植物芽过氧化物酶酶谱与童期有关系,并可作为鉴定生理童期的一个标志。

【Abstract】 Both flower and leaf buds on mature stage of Gold delicious havefundamently the same peroxidase profile as those of two-year trees.Except the succulent shoot buds of the trunk,the buds of both theabult and the two-year trees of M.sieboldii are similar in the profile.The peroxidase polymorphism of the mature buds of M.baccata andM.honanensis are respectively different from that of two-year seed-ling buds.It is concluded that the peroxidase profile of Malus buds isrelated to the tree juvenile phase,which would be a physiologe markto identy the juvenile seedlings from the mature when promoting ealierbearing of seedlings is considered.
