猪肺炎霉形体膜磷脂组成
THE PHOSPHOLIPID COMPOSITION OF MYCOPLASMA SUIPNEUMONIAE MEMBRANE
【摘要】 猪肺炎霉形体是猪喘气病的病原体,本文则我国分离的猪肺炎霉形体168菌株,培养细胞分离细胞膜,用氯仿—甲醇抽提膜脂,薄层层析与薄层扫描分析磷脂组成与含量,结果表明,猪肺炎霉形体膜磷脂主要为双磷脂酰甘油,磷脂酰甘油,磷脂酰胆碱与磷脂、还含有少量溶血磷脂酰胆碱,其中双磷脂酰甘油与磷脂酰甘油为霉形体细胞本身合成的,磷脂酰胆碱,溶血磷脂酰胆碱与鞘磷脂可能是培养中成分渗入膜上的。
【Abstract】 Mycoplasma suipneumoniae is known to be the causal agent of the worldwide-spread enzootic pneumonia of pigs.Very recently the antigeni-city of M.suipneumoniae membrane has been given great concern,but nothing is known about the membrane composition of the microorganism.In this paper phospholipid composition of M.suipneumoniae strain 168,isolated in China, was studied. Membranes obtained after osmotic shock of the cells were extracted by chloroformmethanol.Results of two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography show that membrane lipid is composed of phosphatidylglycerol(PG), diphosphatidylglycerol ( DPG ) , sphingomye-lin ( SPM ) , phosphatidylcholine ( PC ) and a small amount of lysopho-sphatidylcholine ( LPC ) .It is suggested that PG and DPG are de novo synthesized by the organism, while SPM, PC and LPC might be originated from the growth medium and incorporated into the cell membranes.
