【摘要】 对内蒙哲里木盟家畜改良站的10头德国西门塔尔公牛,12头苏联西门塔尔公牛和4头西门塔尔杂种公牛进行了细胞遗传学检查。发现4头苏联西门塔尔种公牛具染色体1/29易位。其中3头为易位杂合体公牛,1头为易位纯合体公牛。讨论了染色体1/29易位对繁殖力的影响问题。建议对西门塔尔公牛的染色体检查列入育种常规。提出应对我国黄牛中是否存在染色体1/29易位进行研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ten German Simmental bulls, 12 Russion Simmental bulls and 4 local crossbred Simmental bulls were checked by the cytogenetic method at the Animal Improvement Station of Zhelimu District, Inner Mongolia. One/twenty-nine chromosome robertsonian translocation was found in 4 Russion Simmental bulls, three of them were heterozygotes, one of them was homozygote. The effect of 1/29 chromosome translocation on fertility was discussed. It was suggested that chromosome examination of Simmental bulls should be included in routine breeding programmes.更多还原
