【Abstract】 Single dose of l gm lithium carbonate was given orally to six patients, 20 to 28 years old, among them one female. Blood of 0.1 ml daily was collected and total collection was carried out 73 hours. Data of concentration of blood lithium were measured by AAS so as to obtain curve of time-concentration of lithium.
