海藻胶固定化亚硝化菌测氨传感器

【摘要】 <正> 为探讨微生物测氨传感器的应用,我们曾按Hikuma等介绍的吸附固定化方法,用国产仪器组装和进行检测试验,结果欠佳,稳定性与重现性均较差。因此,我们改用海藻胶包埋固定化方法,取得了较好的结果。

【Abstract】 An ammonia sensor was installed by combining a piece of nitrosobacterial cell embedded gel film with an oxygen electrode. Some properties of the sensor were characterized by dynamic procedure. Optimum temperature of response appeared about 38℃, and optimum pH at 8.0 . The detectable range was found to be 0.05 to 50 ppm of ammonia. The sensor could be used for 8 days and more than 300 assays. The half life of bacteria film might persist for 24 to 25 days. Ammonia concentrations in some fermentation fluids and sewages were determined by the sensor. By Comparing the results with those assayed by colorimetric estimation with Nessler’s reagent, differences were found to be less than 5%.
