广西野生稻酯酶同工酶研究报告
A STUDY ON ESTERASE ISOZYMES IN THE WILD RICE OF GUANGXI
【摘要】 本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了广西普通野生稻(Oryza sativaL.f.spontanea Rosche V.)、药用野生稻(O.officinalis Wall et Watt)和栽培稻(O.sativa L.)等共848份资源的干种子胚,获得了酯酶同工酶酶谱类型41个。试验结果表明:(1)本研究测定的3个稻种都有1、7A 正极酶谱带,普通野生稻和栽培稻都有1、4、7A 正极酶带,大多数普通野生稻还持有2A 正极酶带。(2)不同稻种间有各自不同的酶谱类型。广西普通野生稻酶谱类型十分丰富(355份样本出现29个类型),其中以具有1、2、4、7A 类型占优势(占54.1%)地理分布广。药用野生稻酶谱类型较贫乏(87份样本仅有2个类型),其中以具有1、5、7A 类型占优势(占79.3%)。(3)普通野生稻不同形态特征的分类和酯酶同工酶酶谱类型有密切关系。(4)小生境近稻田的普通野生稻较远离稻田的酶谱类型复杂。本文还结合试验结果提出问题进行探讨,并指出了广西普通野生稻在稻种起源中的地位。
【Abstract】 Eight hundred and forty-eight samples of dry seed embryoes of Oryzasativa L.f.spontanea Roschev.,Oryza officinalis Wall et Watt andOryza sativa L.(native species)collected from various parts of Guang-xi were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method.41zymogram types of esterase isozyme patterns were obtained.The resultsobtained were as follows:1.Of the three rice species analysed in this work,found two enzymebands 1A and 7A.Both O.sativa L.f.spontanea and O.sativa L.showed three enzyme bands 1,4 and 7A,and most of the O.sativa L.f.spontanea in Guangxi possessed the special enzyme band 2A.2.Different types of esterase isozymes were observed among variousrice species.The types of esterase isozymes in O.sativa L.f.spont-anea of Guangxi are very abundant(29 zymogram types were obtainedfrom 355 samples).Among which the type of enzyme bands 1,2,4and 7A is predominant(54.1%)and distribute extensively in Guangxi;while the esterase isozymatic types of Guangxi O.officinalis are relativelypoor,only two types obtained from 87 samples.Bands 1,5 and 7Aare predominant(79.3%).3.There is a close relation between different types of morphologicalcharacters and the zymogram types of esterase isozymes in O.sativa L.f.spontanea.4.The zymograms types in O.sativa L.f.spontanea are more com-plex in the site nearby paddy field than those far from it.Furthermore,questions are raised and discussed in this paper.Theauthor suggests especially that the position of Guangxi O.sativa L.f.spontanea in the origin of O.sativa L.should be taken into consideration.
