小麦白粉菌有性时期的寿命、成熟和作用
Longevity Mature and Function of Cleistothecia of Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici
【摘要】 小麦成熟期病株上的闭囊壳都是不成熟的;干燥条件下不产生子囊孢子,淹没在18℃水中亦不产生孢子,但能存活2天。在室内干燥条件下,闭囊壳存活期限,多雨年份(1984)约在8月上旬,干旱年份(1985)约在9月上旬。子囊孢子产生的适温是16.5—18.5℃,但在31.7—36℃和降雨7.6mm 的条件下仍有16.7%的闭囊壳产生孢子。高温和高湿交替作用,易使闭囊壳失去生活力;50℃干热处理10天,25%的闭囊壳诱发出了子囊孢子。用带有闭囊壳的病叶大量接种小麦,只获得了0.05%的病叶率,因此在本地闭囊壳在侵染循环中的作用是不重要的。
【Abstract】 1、The cleistothecia of Erysiphe graminis f.sp.tritici collected from diseased leaves were not mature when wheat was harvested. 2、The survival date of cleistothecia kept under room temperature and dry conditions was about the first ten days of August during wet year(1984),and was about the first ten days of September during dry year(1985),and the cleistothecia survived for two days when they were submerged. 3、The optimum temperature for producing ascospores was 16.5- 18.5℃,but 16.7% of cleistothecia produced aseospores under 31.7-36℃ and under a rainfall of 7.6mm. 4、The vitality of cleistothecia lost easily under alternate higher temperature and higher moisture.25% of the cleistothecia treated with dry heat at 50℃ for ten days induced ascospores. 5、Only 0.05% of leaves were infected when inoculated with a lot of cleistothecia,so the function of cleistothecia is unimportant in the infection cycle in this area.
