稀土永磁发电机磁场的拓扑有限元分析及优化设计
The Topology-Finite-Element Analysis and the Optimization Design Study on REPM Generator’s Magnetic Fields
【摘要】 本文从磁场的精确数值分析入手,来研究稀土永磁电机的优化设计。在求解非线性规划问题的时候、作者提出了一种网点复合形法,这样就不必对每一个设计方案都进行非线性磁场的数值求解,大大地节省了计算机 CPU 的时间。在进行磁场的数值分析时、作者采用了拓扑有限单元法,这种方法不仅数学模型简单、规范,而且其物理意义与几何意义明显、直观。
【Abstract】 In electric machine design problems optimization consideration has beentaken into account for over 10 years,but most authors hard adopted theconventional method that assumes a magnetic circuit model rather than mag-netic field itself.For better economic performance the authors have chosen magnetic fieldnumerical analysis in the optimization of REPM generator design problems.This avoids the difficulties met when conventional method was used to solvefor leakage and armature reaction fields[4] .In this paper further significantimprovements are made.The authors present a Mesh-Complex method thatavoids the necessity for obtaining the numerical solution of nonlinear magneticfield for each set of the design variables,and hence greatly decreases thecomputer CPU time.The basic idea of Mesh-Complex method is as follows:First calculate the objective and constrained function values of meshpointsthat are evenly distributed in the region of explicit constraint set D;andthen interpolate between the base points which belong to the feasible regionF to get intermediate parameters;finally solve the problem by using randomcomplex algorithm,in which the optimum among the base points is used asthe initial feasible point.As an example,the authors solue the nonlinear problem with 4 indeperdentvariables by using the Mesh-Complex method.On Seimens 7760 computer thewhole process involves caleulations for 54 sets of design variables.The computa-tions are iterated 4 times and take merely 10 seconds.If the previous method[4] is used to optimize such problem under the same conditions the CPUtimeneeded is about as much as 10 times.In this paper to the numerical analysis of the magnetic field.The math-ematical model of the method is as follows:[A][H][A]~T{U_P}={F_P} where[A]is the node-edqe incidence matrix of the corresponding directed-graph,and is only concerned with topology struture of the discrete regionof the field to be solved,[H]is the magnetic field’s total influence matrixdetermined by geometric and physical characteristics of the field region to besolved,It is obvious that the mathmatical model is not only simple and standardbut also possesses evident geometic and physical meaning.
