【摘要】 长骨造釉细胞瘤罕见,本文报告二例,均发生在胫骨。二例均为成人,病程2～4年,X线查检可见骨皮质被破坏,有一例瘤组织伸入周围软组织。临床诊断不清。本瘤的病理特点是上皮岛位于结缔组织中,与颌骨的造釉细胞瘤相似,本瘤实质有下列主要形式:1.基底细胞癌样结构;2.腺样结构;3.大小不一的管状结构;4.鳞状上皮化生。对本瘤的组织发生进行了讨论,支持由上皮发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adamantinoma of long bones is very rare. Approximately more than 100 cases have been reported in the literature, but only 3 cases in this country. This paper reports 2 cases adamantinoma of the tibia.The pathological characteristics of the tumor are: 1) basal-cell carcinomatous, 2) glandular, 3) tubular ( of varying sizes), and 4 ) squamous metaplasia.
