大鼠离体作功心脏灌流模型的建立及其评价

【摘要】 为了排除在体神经、体液因素的影响,固定心脏负荷状态、测取EF,LVEDV等指标.同时观察心脏收缩、舒张性能、顺应性和心泵功能,建立了大鼠离体作功心脏灌流模型。实验表明,该模型稳定;对负荷、药物反应灵敏,缺血、重灌实验所得结果与文献一致。此模型可用于生理、生化、药理、病生等学科的实验研究。

【Abstract】 In order to take advantage of the model of rat in cardiovascular research, get rid of the influences of the nerve and humoral factors to cardiac function, fix the cardiac load state, and obtain such valuable indices as ejection fraction, left ventricular volume, etc., an isolated working heart perfusion system was set up to observe the changes of the cardiac systolic and diastolic function, ventricular compliance and pumping function. The results of a series of experiments indicated that the stability and responsibility of this perfusion model are satisfactory. The results of coronary ligation and reperfusion were correspondent to those of other authers. This perfusion system can be used in the studies of physiolgoy, biochemistry, pharmacology and pathophysiology.
