单轴纵切自动车床调整卡的计算机辅助设计
COMPUTER AIDED PLANNING OPERATION SCHEME OF MONO-SPINDLE AUTOMATIC MACHINE TOOLS
【摘要】 本文论述了所研制的计算机辅助编制单轴纵切自动车床调整卡程序软件系统的基本原理及其组成。本软件系统能完成编制调整卡的全过程,其中包括:以自动方式、对话方式或两种综合方式编制自动车床调整卡;自动绘制被加工零件图,刀具图和全套的凸轮图纸;在图形终端上显示任一加工时刻的刀具分布,模拟加工状态,以检验调整卡的合理性。使用本系统能大幅度提高效率,使编制的调整卡规范化,合理化。与人工编制调整卡相比较,可提高效率6~14倍。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the basic theory and construction of a software system used for planning the operation scheme of mono-spindle automatic machine tools. The system is able to fulfill all the processes of the planning, includ- ing: planning the operation scheme with the automatic mode, the interactive mode or the combination of them; plotting machined parts, tools and cams automatically; showing the tools distribution on the screen in order to examine whether the design of operation scheme and cams are correct or not. The effi- ciency can be greatly increased and the operation scheme can be made more consistent and reasonable by using this system. As compared with manual planning, the efficiency can be increased 6-14 times.
