【摘要】 应用聚乙二醇沉淀法加火箭免疫电泳测定115例健康小儿的循环免疫复合物（CIC）中各免疫球蛋白组分和补体C₃含量。其结果经统学处理,男女间的CIC各免疫球蛋白组分和补体C₃的含量及其占血清中相应免疫球蛋白的百分比值的差异均无显著意义,而CIC中各免疫球蛋白组分及补体C₃的含量同血清中相应的免疫球白蛋及补体C₃含量之间,有非常显著的正相关关系。CIC中各组分及补体C₃的相对含量,可通过回归公式计算。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of immunoglobul in and complement C3 in circ-ulating immune complex( CIC ) are determined by the polyethylene glycol ( P E G ) precipitate method with rocket immunoelectro-phoresis in 115 healthy infants. The results show statistically there are neither significant sexual differences between the content of different immunoglobulin components and complement C3 in CIC, nor among their percentage values of the corresponding immunoglobul ins in sera; nevertheless, between the content of different immunoglobul in components of C3 in CIC and in sera there is very prominent positive correlaiation. The relative content rf the immunoglobulins and C3 in CIC can be calculated by oegression equations.更多还原
