【摘要】 下肢短缩畸形患者36例(其中小儿麻痹后遗症33例),两下肢长度平均差距4cm。施行股骨“Z”字形一次延长术矫正后,平均延长达3.5cm,骨愈合率100％,平均愈合时间为4个月10天。与国内外其他延长术比较,具有愈合率高,操作简便等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty six cases with unequal length of the lower extremities (Including 34 cases of infantile paralysis ) are operated. The average discrepancy of the two lower extremities in each cases is 4cm. After one step of "Z" osteotomy of the diseased femur, the average distance of lengthening is 3.5cm. The rate of bene union is 100% and the mean time of union is 4 months and 10 days after opration. These results as compared with other reports have many adventages, such as the union rate is high, technique is simple and convenient.更多还原
