【摘要】 从安阳第一制药厂卷曲霉素生产的异常发酵液中分离到一株噬菌体,定名为φSC。呈现头部和尾部结构,经SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分离得15条蛋白质亚基谱带,含双链脱氧核糖核酸。其DNA分子量为10.89×10~6道尔顿,宿主范围很窄,热失活温度为70℃,在pH5—9稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new phage, designated as φSC,was isolated from an abnormal fermenta-tion involved in the production of capreo-mycin in the First Pharmaceutical Fac-tory of Anyang, Henan Province. Elec-tron microscopic observation revealed thatthe phage has a shape of tadpole. Fifteensubunt bands from the protein moeitywere separated by SDS-polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis. The phage containedDNA having a molecular weight of 10.89×10~6 daltons. The phage has a very nar-row host range, remains stable at pH5--9 and is inactivated at 70℃.更多还原
