低浓铀元件镀镍和残留镍的磁法无损检测
MEASUREMENT OF THE THICKNESS OF NICKEL PLATING AND RESIDUAL NICKEL IN LOW ENRICHED URANIUM ELEMENTS BY MAGNETIC METHOD
【摘要】 本文介绍了霍尔片-稀土恒磁探头和测量系统的工作原理、结构和性能.利用该系统测出非铁磁材料管外壁或内壁薄镀镍层的厚度,精度达±0.4μm.并可划出厚度分布曲线.检测结果与金相解剖结果相符.残留镍量与扩散组织有明显的联系.
【Abstract】 This paper describes the principle, construction and performance of Hall element——rare earth permanent magnet probe and measurement system developed. By means of the system, the thickness of a nickel layer on the outer or inner surface of nonmagnetic materials can be measured with the accuracy of ±0.4μm. The curves of the nickel distribution on the surface can be obtained. The results of nondestructive testing of the nuclear fuel elements are consistent with that of destructive examination. The metallography of the diffusion bonded layer is related to the residual nickel amount.
