【Abstract】 The magnetic properties of the spin glass La FeyNis-y (0.5≤y≤1.1) are reported. The spin freezing temperatures, Tf, in these alloys have been measured. It is observed that at lower temperatures there is a transition from the paramagnetic (PM) to the ferromagnetic (FM) phase for y≤0.9 and the Fe-content dependence of the freezing temperature is approximately linear.
