ROx 对 Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5系统玻璃结构和电导率的影响
Influence of ROx on the Structure and Conductivity of Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5 Glasses
【摘要】 四元磷酸盐玻璃的 Raman 光谱和 AlO6丰度变化的研究表明,玻璃的离子电导率主要由活动离子 Na+的总数决定,Na2O 含量越高,其电导率也越高;但是,玻璃结构对电导率也有一定影响。由 AlO4四面体和(Al—O—P)-基团构成结构网络的某些 Na2O—Al2O3—P2O5玻璃有较高的离子电导率。当以 MgO 替代玻璃中的 Al2O3时,由于MgO 只起网络修饰体作用,电导率是单调下降的。以 SiO2替代 Al2O3时,情况有所不同。由于 SiO2可能兼起网络形成体和修饰体的作用,无疑使玻璃结构变得复杂了。只有在参与网络的 SiO2达到相当量的情况下,才有希望提高玻璃的电导率。外加 SiO2到 Na2O—Al2O2—P2O5玻璃内,导致玻璃中的 Na+离子的相对量降低,所以其电导率总是下降的。
【Abstract】 Studies of the changes in Raman spectra and AIO6 abundance for quarternary pho-sphate glasses show that the ionic conductivity of the glasses is mainly dependent on thetotal number of active ions,Na+;the more Na2O they contain,the higher conductivitythey have;but there is also certain effect of the glass structure on conductivity.Some ofNa2O-Al2O3-P2O5 ternary glasses,in which the structure network consists of AlO4 and(Al-O-P)- groups,have higher ionic conductivity.When Al2O3 in the glasses is replacedby MgO,the ionic conductivity is decreased monotonously,because MgO can only playthe role of network modifier.However,when Al2O3 is replaced by SiO2,the situation isquite different.There is no doubt that it makes the glass structure more complicated,owingto the fact that SiO2 probably plays the role of both network former and modifier.It ispossible to improve the glass conductivity only if the amount of SiO2 which takes part inthe network reaches a considerable value.The addition of SiO2 to Na2O-Al2O3-P2O5 glasses leads to decrease the relativeamount of Na+ ions in the glasses,so the glass conductivity is always decreased.
