定向凝固法生长太阳电池用多晶硅的经济分析

【摘要】 本文分析了用定向凝固法生长太阳电池用多晶硅的优点,与复拉单晶相比,其成本可下降4%以上,最多可降低20%。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the advantage of polycrystalline silicon ingot using by the technique of derectional solidification growing for solar cell was described. Because of this process having the advantage of less raw material consumption, high utilization rate of ingot, big cross section of ingot, short production period, high volume of production, low investiment, low energy consumption, it would be promising to reduce cost apparently. Comparing to the technique of regrowing single crystal, it is concluded that the cost could reduce by 4% to 20%.
