沼气发酵过程中补料成分对主要微生物生理群和产气效率的影响

【摘要】 本文讨论了不同补料成分对主要微生物生理群和产气率的影响。发酵后期补加淀粉、青草等易分解性富碳物质能促进发酵体系中厌氧产酸细菌的增殖,促进酸化作用,会迅速出现新的产气高峰,提高产气效率。补加碳铵等含氮物质则影响不大。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the effect of different materials added during fermentation on the activity of major bacteria physiologic groups and gas-production rate. It is shown that in the late period of fermentation the addition of materials which are rich in easily degraded carbohydrates, such as amylum and grass, could help to promote the reproduction of acid-producing anaerobes, and the acidification in the system of fermentation. Thus a new peak of gas-prodution appeared rapidily, and the rate of gas-production increased. Howerer, adding N-containing substrates, such as ammonium bicarbonate [NH4HCO3] had little effect
