【Abstract】 In this paper, a class of filters called pre-decimator, which have very simple transfer functions, is proposed. Pre-decimators may be applied to the design of efficient FIR and FIR-IIR multirato digital filters. Because pre-decimators can be realized without multipliers, the new filters have significantly fewer multiplications over the other decimator design.更多还原
