【Abstract】 The route of transmission of the domestic rat type epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) were studied in 82 patients and matched controls from a college.Statistic sigificance and OR and 95% confidence interval was determined withMentel-Haenszel method.It was suggested that contacting with an open wound with domestic rats or eat-ing food contaminated by the rat was the route of transmission of the EHF.The re-sults showed that the OR of contacting with domestic rat was 5.33 (95% CI 2.86～10.11).The OR of contacting with a wound with rats was 7.5 (95% CI 3.5～12.8).TheOR of eating food contaminated by the rat was 4.5 (95% CI 2.48～8.29).If preventive measures were adopted against the above routes of transmission theEHF may be controlled.更多还原
