【Abstract】 Postoperative problems of cholelithiasis are common clinical conditions.Directcholangiographic examination is necessary for proper management and treatment.Seventy cases of postoperative problems of cholelithiasis from the data of cholangiogra-phies including both ERCP and PTC were analyzed with an introdution of inter-ventional radiologic management.There were 3 conditions presenting in cholangiographic findings:including stric-ture of the biliary tract,intra-or extrahepatic residual stones and remaining cystic duct.Most of biliary stricturs were located at the lower end of the common bile duct andOddi’s sphincter.Residual and relapsing stones occurred only less frequently thanstrictures,but both conditions could be present.Remaing cystic duct was often accom-panied by inflamation and occasionally stones were found in the stump.Selectionof appropriate methods of interventional radiology in accordance with the cholangio-graphic findings has been proved to be effective,sometimes reoperations for stoneremoval can he avoided.更多还原
