【摘要】 本文参照人血清IgM提纯方法,进行狗血清IgM的提纯。将正常狗用新鲜绵羊红细胞免疫后,其血清用硫酸铵沉淀法提取γ-球蛋白,再用DEAE-纤维素过柱,取洗脱液的第三峰;然后又经Sephadex G200过柱,收集洗脱液的第一峰,透析,浓缩。采用此法能较稳定地提纯狗血清IgM。更多还原

【Abstract】 The γ-globuline was extracted by ammonium sulphate precipitation method from dog’s serum,which was obtained following immunization with SRBC.The extracted globuline was passed through the DEAE cellulose-colume and the third peak protein of the eluate,i.e.initial IgM was collected.In order to obtain a purified IgM,the initial IgM was put into the column,Sephadex G-200 once again,and the first peak protein of the eluate was collected,dialyzed and concentrated.From the foregoing it may be suggested that the protein obtained by the above-mentioned method contains virtually pure IgM.更多还原
