【摘要】 为了了解乙型肝炎慢性携带者的自然发展史,作者于1979年8月和1984年7月对武汉市市郊129户717人进行了二次横断调查,用RHPA、PHA和AGD分别测定了HBsAg、抗-HBs和HBeAg标记,第一次结果依次为12.55％、7.95％和3.45％;第二次复查其中的606人,结果依次为9.57％、2.48％和4.56％。HBsAg和抗-HBS的结果,1979年高于1984年,说明HBsAg和抗-HBs在稳定人群中抗原携带率和抗体水平均有下降趋势,其5年的自然阴转率HBsAg25.35％,抗-HBs 90.74％、HBeAg 54.55％,阳转率分别为0.94％、1.81％、2.70％,1979年HBs-Ag携带率的家庭聚集现象在1984年检测时有减弱趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural history of HBV chronic carriers was studied in a stable population of the suburb of Wuhan City from August,1979 to July,1984.In 1979,717 serum specimens (from 129 families) were tested for HBsAg,anti-HBs and HBeAg markers by RHPA,PHA and AGD respectively.The positive rates were 12.55,7.95 and 3.45 percent respectively.Six hundred and six of 717 individuals from 129 families who were tested in August,1979 were retested in July,1984.Total retested rate was 84%.The results of test were as follows:HBsAg 9.57%,anti-HBs 2.48% and HBeAg 4.56%.After 5 years the total natural negative conversion rates of HBsAg,anti-HBs and HBeAg were 25.35%,90.74% and 54.55% respectively,the total positive conversion rates were 0.94%,1.81% and 2.70% respectively.The positive rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs in 1979 were higher than those of HBsAg and anti-HBs in 1984.The results showed that positive rates of HDzAg and anti-HBs in stable population were descending.In 1979,distribution of HBsAg in 129 families appeared family aggregation analysed by binominal distribution,but 1984 phenomena of family aggregation of HBsAg carriers rate showed a tendency to decrease.更多还原
