【摘要】 本文用低压低氧复制大鼠慢性肺动脉高压,研究肺血管反应性和顺应性的变化,并与缺氧同时用川芎嗪的动物作了比较。慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压大白鼠的肺血管顺应性及对低氧的反应性降低,肺血管顺应性的下降与肺动脉压升高的程度有关;肺血管反应性与肺血管原有阻力呈负性相关。长期给于川芎嗪可以防止慢性缺氧引起的肺动脉高压,阻止慢性缺氧所致的肺血管反应性减弱;但肺血管顺应性仍明显低于正常组。更多还原

【Abstract】 The changes of the responsiveness of pulmonary blood vessels to hypoxia and the compliance of pulmonary arteries (CPA) in chronic hypoxic rats were studied.The results were compared with those obtained from rats treated with chronic hypoxia and tetramethylpyrazine simultaneously.The responsiveness of pulmonary vessels to hypoxia and the CPA decreased in rats with chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension,and there was a linear correlation between the decrease of the CPA and the degree of pulmonary hypertension,and a negative correlation between the responsiveness of pulmonary vessels and the basic pulmonary vascular resistance.Chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and the decrease of the responsiveness of pulmonary vessels result from chronic hypoxia could be prevented by long term use of tetramethylpyrazine.However,the CPA significantly decreased in rats given tetramethylpyrazine as compared with that in control rats.更多还原
