铁筷子甙的强心作用

【摘要】 本文报告了铁筷子甙(Desgluco-hellebrin)的强心作用,①测得其生物活性,猫致死量79±11.14μg/kg,鸽致死量66±9.22μg/kg,较国产其它强心甙的生物活性为高;②在以氟碳代血液灌流的大鼠心肺装置及猫在体心脏实验中,均证实了铁筷子甙的强心作用;③在离体豚鼠左心房肌实验,比较了铁筷子甙、哇巴因、狄戈辛的正性肌力作用与毒性作用,其安全范围与哇巴因、狄戈辛相似。

【Abstract】 Desglucohellebrin is a glycoside isolated from the root of Helleborus thibanus.In this paper,the inotropic effect and the toxicity of desglucohellebrin were studied.The inotropic effect of desglucohellebrin was demonstrated in the isolated and perfused heart preparation of guinea pig,in the heart lung preparation of rat perfused with mixed fluorocarbon emulsion and blood,and in the heart (in situ) of cat.The changes of ECG in guinea pig with desglucohellebrin were similar to that of other cardiac glycosides.In the cats and :the pigeons the lethal dose by jv.route were,found to be 79±11.14μg/kg and 66±9.22μg/kg respectively.Therefore the biological activity of desglucohellebrin is higher than other Chinese native glycoside reported so far.In the isolated atrium of guinea pig,the maximal effect dose(MED) and the arrhythmia dose (AD) were determined,the ratio of MED/AD of desglucohellebrin was similar to that of digoxin and ou-abain.
