【摘要】 应用庆大霉素-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)预防人工关节置换术后感染和治疗慢性骨髓炎等38例,疗效满意。其中应用自制的庆大-PMMA珠链治疗骨髓炎等28例,有效率92.9％。具有护理简便、卧床时间短、体温恢复正常快、可不用或仅短期应用抗菌素等优点。为防治人工关节置换术后感染及治疗骨髓炎提供了一种新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have observed 38 cases of treatment of chronic osteomyelitis and prevention of sepsis after artificial joint replacement with Gentamycin-PMMA.28 cases of osteomyelitis were treated with Gentamycin-PMMA chains,among them 92.9% were successfully cured.The patients nursing care could be easily carried on,not restricted to bed,and quick reversion of temperature to normality.Antibiotic therapy inay be used in choice or only for a short period of time.This is a new method of therapy offering for prevention and treatment in these series of cases.更多还原
