固醇平衡法研究实验性高胆固醇大鼠体内胆固醇代谢
Studies on Cholesterol Metabolism in Experimental Hypercho-lesterolemic Rats Using Sterol Balance Method
【摘要】 单核巨噬细胞(MMφ)既是动脉粥样硬化斑块中泡沫细胞的主要来源,也是加速脂蛋白胆固醇清除的重要自稳因子。本实验加强MMφ机能,对高Ch血症具有明显降低Ch的作用,为防治动脉粥样硬化,开辟了新途径。实验采用的固醇平衡法,阐明了刺激MMφ和降脂Ⅲ号降Ch的作用机理,为这些新措施、新制剂在缺血性心血管疾病的临床应用,提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The hypocholesterolemic effects of monocytic macrophage(MMφ) system and hypolipidemic Ⅱ compositus on experimental hypercholesterolemia in rats were observed and the mechanisms of their cholesterol metabolic changes were analysed by sterol balance measurements to be used gas-chromatographic technique.The results indicated that,1.Both stimulated MMφ and hypolipidemic Ⅲ Co.showed marked prevention of the rise of serum Tc.LDL-c and VLDL-c levels; 2.Reduced also effectively the content of the hepatic cholesterol;3.According to sterol balance method it has been found stimulated MMφenhanced the excretion of both neutral and acidic sterol from the feces,while hypolipidemic Ⅲ Co.depressed hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and promoted cholesterol degradation and excretion of degraded products-bile acids.Since stimulated MMφ and hypolipidemic Ⅲ Co.can obviously reduce the levels of hypercholesterolemia in rats,it may be used clinically for the prevention and treatment of ischemic cardiovascular disorders.
