【摘要】 浆液的物理特性对浆纱质量影响很大,在浆纱工艺中,以往对浆液仅作粘度、粘度稳定性、含固量等特性的测定。本文讨论了浆液的表面张力、接触角、流变性等物理特性及其测定方法。并讨论了这些特性对浆纱工艺中毛羽、渗透、服复、结皮等现象的影响机理。通过对浆液特性的全面了解可望能从测定浆液特性来予测和控制各项浆纱指标,以利进一步提高浆纱质量。我们还收集了一些浆液分别对它们的以上各项特性进行了测试比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sizing guality is greatly influenced by the physical properties of size liguor.In the sizing technology,people used to measure some ph- ysicalproperties of size liguor such as viscosity,stability of viscosity,solid content and etc.In this paper,surfac tension,contact angle,rheology of size liguor and their measurment are discussed.we also discuss the mechanism of influence of these properties in sizing parameters such as hairiness,coverage,penetration,skinning etc.since more properties of size liguor are determined,it is hopeful that the people can predict and control some sizing parameters.Doubtlessly it is beneficial to raising sizing quality.更多还原
