【Abstract】 This paper reported that alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity from gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC—7901 was very high. Its mobility was coincident with that of sera ALP from last three month pregnency. Inisoelectric focusing with ALP in extract there appeared a concentrated enzymeband at pH4.2～4.4. ALP activity was not inhibited by heating (65 C, 25min.) or by ureabut can be inhibited hy L—phenylalmine. In cell chemical analysis, it was inactive in the presence of phosphate. The results of our experiment showed, as described above, that human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line SGC—7901 expressed ALP isoenzyme as placentatype ALP.更多还原
