【Abstract】 A quick immunoreative insulin assay of blood taken at various sites in proto-splenic vein during operation from 2 patients with insulinoma was reported. We had developed a redioimmunoassay measuring insulin within 1～1.5 hours. According to the highest insulin concentration, the site of tumor might be localized. We suggested that intraoperative determination of insulin concentrations in various sites of proto-splenic vein might localize the insulinoma and avoid blind reaction of the pancreas.更多还原
