电力牵引网异相短路保护动作特性分析

【摘要】 本文应用解析法和功率摇摆时测量阻抗轨迹法,对我国现行电力牵引网馈线距离保护和电流速断保护在异相短路故障时的动作特性进行分析,并经模拟试验验证,表明上述保护在异相短路情况下是不够完善和不可靠的。从而提出异相短路合理的保护方式方案,并对其构成原理和动作性能进行探讨。

【Abstract】 By means of the analytic method and the technique of power swing locus plotting for measuring impedance during power system swing, this paper makes an analysis on the present admittance relay and overcurrent relay working features for traction feeder earth fault protections, when wrong-phase coupling occurrs. Through checking by simulation tests, it is shown that the above mentioned protection measures are not very perfect and reliable.On this basis, a rational relay protection sheme against wrong-phase coupling and itsn elementary diagram as well as working features are then presented.
