【摘要】 取167例妊娠4～7个月孕妇的羊水细胞,其中67例用于测加入BudR 的最适时间与最适最终浓度,结果最适时间为培养终止前40小时,最适最终浓度为1.25微克/毫升。100例用于测定SCE 正常值。结果表明,100例羊水细胞的平均值为3.81±1.28,平均交换次数多集中在2～5之间。如以第二周期细胞(1151个)SCE 数统计,其平均值为3.79±2.14,每细胞交换次数多集中在0～12之间。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this report the amniotic fluid of 167 subjects were taken,of which 1649 cells from 67 subjects were assayed for optimal final concentration of BudR and optimal time for the addition of BudR to the cluture fluid.The results obtained showed that the optimal final concentration of BudR was 1.25ug/ml,and the optimal time for the addition of BudR to the culture fluid was 40 hours before the ending of the culture.2010 cells from the rest 100 subjects were used for the stude of normal values of SCE in humaN amniotic fluid.Results showed that the mean value of SCE of the amniotic fluid cell from 100 cases was 3.81±1.28(mean±SD),and the number of exchange was between 2-5.If the 1151 cells which belonged to the 2nd period of SCE were used for statistical calculation,then the mean value of SCE.was 3.79±2.14(n=1151),and the exchange number for each cell was between 0-12.更多还原
