【摘要】 14只大鼠于妊娠第4天,一侧子宫角内注入0.5毫克醋酸棉酚混悬液(0.1毫升),另一侧注入等量溶剂作为对照。于妊娠第12天处死,观察双侧子宫妊娠情况,并取两侧卵巢比较△~5-3β-羟甾脱氢酶活性。结果表明,实验侧子宫角抗生育率达100%,抗着床率71%,而两侧卵巢的△~5-3β-羟甾脱氢酶活性无明显差异。我们同时在假孕-蜕膜化大鼠观察了一侧宫内给予一次低剂量醋酸棉酚对蜕膜化的影响。结果表明,醋酸棉酚具有明显的抑制蜕膜化作用,这可能是宫内给予醋酸棉酚抗生育作用的机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This experiment was carried out on the fourth day of pregnancy of 14 rats,0.5 mg ofgossypol acetic acid in 0.1 ml suspension was injected into one uterine horn and sameamount of solvent was given to the other horn as control.The animals were sacrificed onthe 12 th day of pregnancy and differences between the two horns were observed carefully.It was found that a single injection of a small dosage of gossypol acetic acid produced an an-tifertility rate of 100% and an antiimplantation rate of 71% in the experimental horn ofrat.But there was no difference in the activity of △~5-3β-hydroxysteroid-dehydrogenasein the two ovaries.The effect of a single injection of small dosage of gossypol acetic acid into one horn ofthe rat uterus with pseudopregnancy was also studied.The results showed that the injec-tion could obviously inhibit the hyper-decidual changes of the pseudopregnant uterus of rat.This may be one of the mechanism of antifertility action of gossypol.更多还原
