【摘要】 对口服长效避孕药复方炔雌醚的育龄妇女进行了尿中皮质类固醇及血浆皮质醇浓度的测定,并与正常对照组(103例)作了比较。结果发现54例妇女服药半年后尿中17-OH水平降低,其中28例服药延长到一年时,尿中三类皮质激素(17-OH、17-KS 及17-KGS)浓度均减少。66例曾服复方炔雌醚片2年以上的妇女,尿中三类皮质激素水平亦降低。20例曾短期应用短效避孕药的妇女,血浆皮质醇浓度在正常范围,其中3例服用复方炔雌醚片7～8周期后,皮质醇水平明显升高。本研究提示上述变化可能与复方炔雌醚片对垂体—肾上腺皮质功能及皮质激素代谢酶系的影响有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urinary corticosteroids were determined in women taking compound quinestrol monthly,of whom 54 took this drug for six months and 28 of them continued taking the drug untilone year.The concentrations of urinary corticoids were also estimated in 66 women whohad taken the pills more than two years.The results were compared with that of 103 normalsubjects.It was found that the levels of urinary 17-OH corticoid were decreased in subjects re-ceiving compound quinestrol for six months.When the drug was continued for one yearor more than two years,all the three urinary corticoids(17-OH,17-KS,17-KGS)were re-duced.Plasma corticosteroids were determined in 20 women who had received short-actingoral contraceptives for a short period.The levels of plasma 11-OHCS were normal.Inthree of the 20 women took compound quinestrol for 7～8 months,the plasma 11-OHCS wereelevated markedly.The above results indicate that compound quinestrol may have some influence on thefunction of pituitary-adrenal-cortex system and the enzyme system related to the metabolismof adrenal corticoids.更多还原
