海参粘多糖Sjamp对兔血小板的作用
The Effects of the Acidic Mucopolysaccharides from Stichopus Japonicus Selenka (Sjamp) on Rabbit Platelets
【摘要】 海参粘多糖Sjamp在终浓度为5~500μg/ml时能引起兔血小板的聚集反应,EDTA不影响Sjamp对血小的作用。Sjaamp引起的兔血小板聚集并不伴有血小板5-羟色胺的释放反应,聚集后的血小板形态无镜著改变,颗粒并不减少。本文对上述结果进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 Sjamp, at the final concentration of 5~500 ug/ml, induced the aggregation of rabbit platelets, EDTA did not interfere with the platelet aggregation by Sjamp. The platelet aggregation induced by Sjamp was not accompanied by the release of serotonin(5-HT) from the challenged platelets. Electron microscopy studies showed that the most of platelet granules could remain after the platelets exposed to Sjamp. The significance of these results was discussed.
