人脑恶性胶质瘤细胞培养液氨基酸成分的研究

【摘要】 本文报告了人脑恶性胶质瘤SHG-44细胞培养液中氨基酸的变化。其中精氨酸、苏氨酸十丝氨酸等有明显降低,而谷氨酸、丙氨酸、鸟氨酸等有明显增高。精氨酸的添加实验测得本细胞所需精氨酸的合适浓度为200mg/L~100mg/L。通过添加天门冬氨酸改进Eagte基础培养基,可使之更适于胶质细胞生长。从10-羟基癸烯酸对细胞的影响来探讨以培养液氨基酸的变化作为细胞动态观察的一个指标。

【Abstract】 The changes of amino acids extracted from liquid culture media for humna malignant glioma SHG-44 cell lines were observed, It was found the quantities of arginine and thronine plus sernine were markedly reduced while ornithine, glutamic acids and alanine significantly increased. In order to improve the nutrient condition, we added proper concentration of amino acids to the Eaglemedia. The results show it may promote the growth of cells. Some important amino acids in culture media contained with a new antitumor drug were also examined. The reference paraments demonstrate it may be used for detecting the growth of culture cells by this way.
