无溢流“∧”型角钢塔板流体性能的研究
Characteristics study of A—Type penetrated Angle Steel Tray
【摘要】 近年来,对塔器的大型化,低能耕,大处理量,结构简单,加工容易等方面已成为广大化工科技工作者感兴趣的问题。为此我们对穿流式“V”型角钢塔板性能研究基础上,又对穿流式“A”型角钢塔板流体力学性能进行试验研究。我们在实验中用直径303×6毫米的有机玻璃冷膜塔,用水一空气系统进行了观察和分析流体流过塔板时的流动状态,实验测定了为设计及计算必须的一些数据,经整理提出有关压力降损失,泡沫层高度,清液层高度及雾沫夹带等计算关联式,供设计参考。
【Abstract】 At present,most chemical engineers and researchers are interested in the problems to develop a plate column,broad in scale,low in energy consumption, large in capacity,simple in structure and easy to manufacture.Basing on chara- cteristics study-of Y-Type penetrated angle stccl tray,by using air-water system, we make an experimental study of hydrodynamic characteristics of A-Type pene- trated angle steel tray in a plexiglass column of 303mm diameter and omm wall thickness.Flow patterns of fluid through the column have been scrutinized and analysed.Some experimental data for design and calculation has been collected. The correlations which cover pressure drop,froth height,clean liquid height as well as entrain-ment have been sorted out for reference in the design of angle steel tray.
